The Priority Label is an online fashion brand specializing in premium clothing and accessories.

• These terms apply to all offers and agreements concluded via the webshop
• By placing an order, you agree to these terms
• Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing

We strive to present products as accurately as possible.

• Minor differences in color or fit may occur
• Such variations are not grounds for refunds
• Obvious errors (e.g. pricing mistakes) are not binding
• Limited drops are available while stock lasts

An agreement is formed once an order is placed and confirmed by email.

We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of:

• Fraud suspicion
• Incorrect payment details
• Unusual order patterns
• Previous payment issues

• All prices are in euros and include VAT
• Payment must be completed via available methods
• Orders are processed after successful payment
• Chargebacks may result in legal collection measures

• Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days
• Delivery times are indicative
• We are not liable for carrier delays
• Risk transfers upon delivery

• 14-day withdrawal period
• Additional 14 days to return the product
• Return costs are borne by the customer
• Refund within 14 days after return

• Unworn and unwashed
• No odors (perfume, smoke)
• Original tags and packaging included

Items not meeting conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned if seal is broken.

• Delivery times are indicative
• Production delays may occur
• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once production starts

• Report within 7 days via info@priority-label.com
• Response within 5 business days
• Resolution: replacement, repair, or refund

• No liability for misuse of products
• Liability limited to purchase amount
• No liability for indirect damages or loss of profit

All content (designs, logos, images, text) belongs to The Priority Label.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Personal data is used only for order processing and support.

Data is not sold or shared unless legally required.

We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:

• Pandemics
• Government actions
• Strikes
• Transport issues
• Supplier failures

Obligations are suspended during such events.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes are handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
