We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your purchase does not fully meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.


1Returns

We stand behind the quality of every piece. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a delivery service that is tracked, insured for the full value, and requires a signature. Priority Label cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

Once your returns request is submitted and approved, items must be sent back within 14 days of submission. Returns received outside this window will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached and all packaging intact, including dust bag where applicable
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any signs of use
  • Caps: hang tag must not be removed

Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Please include your proof of purchase receipt inside the package so we can identify which order the return belongs to.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse and are signed for.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorisation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
3Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Sale and promotional items are final sale — no returns accepted
4Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. Product availability cannot be guaranteed.

5Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@priority-label.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
